Q. What can I order online from my Sears Portrait Studio session?
A. You can order sheets containing one 10x13, one 8x10, two 5x7s, four 3½x5s, 8 Wallets or 16 Portrait Petites as well as a 20x24 or 16x20 Wall Portrait. You can also order:
- Portrait Creations® - create a one-of-a-kind portrait with a Black & White, Sepia, Color Accent, Border, or Vignette enhancement.
- Canvas Portraits - truly an accent for any room. Canvas prints include mounting, framing and a protective coating. Choose the color of the frame as well as the texture and color of the mat!
- Portrait Companions - combine up to three of your favorite portraits and your message with one of our creative designs for a unique keepsake. Choose from baby, birthday, graduation, and wedding creations. Makes a great gift!
- Personalized Greeting Cards- create 4x8 baby announcements, thank you cards, holiday cards, and more with one of your portraits and your personal message. Mailing envelopes are provided.
- Sears Gift Card - add a portrait and your message to one of our colorful for a gift card redeemable at over 3000 Sears locations.

Q. What can I order from my digital camera and 35mm film images?
A. In addition to prints in a 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 size you can order:
- Enhanced prints - zoom and crop to eliminate unwanted background and transform a color image into a classic black and white print.
- Photo Companions - personalize this 8x10 keepsake. Choose from baby, birthday, graduation, and wedding creations. Makes a great gift!
- Greeting Cards - your pictures make great personalized 4x8 thank you's, holiday cards, baby announcements and more. Mailing envelopes are provided.
- Borders - a great way to enhance your 4x6, 5x7 or 8x10 prints!
- Sears Gift Card - a personalized gift card redeemable at Sears locations similar in size to a credit card and can contain your picture and personal message.

Q. How do I apply a promotional code to my online order?
A. To apply a discount to your online order:
- Enter your code into the Promotional Code field located in your shopping cart.
- Click the Apply button located next to the Promotional Code field to adjust your order.
- Click Check Out.
Note: When entering multiple promotional codes make sure to click Apply after each one. The best deal and all applicable discounts will be applied to your order. All promotional discounts that have been applied to your order will be listed in the Applied Promotional Code field.

Q. What credit cards do you accept for online orders?
A. We accept the Sears Card, the Sears Premier Card, the Sears Gold MasterCard, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for orders placed online at searsphotos.com.

Q. When will I receive the order I placed online?
A. Portraits: sheets from a Sears Portrait Studio sitting can take 10-21 days to produce. You will receive your portraits within 2-10 business days from the order's ship date. Orders from older portrait sittings will arrive more quickly because they've already been produced. Please allow additional time for Wall Portraits (10x13, 16x20 or 20x24), Canvas Prints, and Portrait Creations®.
35mm film or Digital Images: Orders placed online are typically produced and shipped from our lab within two business days. Depending on where you live and the time of the year, your order will arrive in 2-10 days. Due to order size and product variation your order may arrive in different packages.

Q. Can I check the status of my online orders?
A. Yes! Log in to your account and click my account at the top, then click the view orders button on the left side of the page. Your Order History and the Status of all the orders you have placed online will be displayed.

Q. Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed online?
A. Once you have placed your online order there is a 24-hour window for modification. Click here to contact Customer Care to modify or cancel your order.
