We accept the Sears Card, the Sears Premier Card, the Sears Gold MasterCard, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for orders placed online at searsphotos.com. Q. When will I receive the order I placed online? A. Portraits: sheets from a Sears Portrait Studio sitting can take 10-21 days to produce. You will receive your portraits within 2-10 business days from the order's ship date. Orders from older portrait sittings will arrive more quickly because they've already been produced. Please allow additional time for Wall Portraits (10x13, 16x20 or 20x24), Canvas Prints, and Portrait Creations®.
Q. Can I check the status of my online orders? A. Yes! Log in to your account and click my account at the top, then click the view orders button on the left side of the page. Your Order History and the Status of all the orders you have placed online will be displayed. Q. Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed online? A.
